BLAST BALL – 4 years old

A fast and fun introduction to basic baseball concepts for our youngest players. Parents are required to assist and team sizes are small. Cost is $100 ($150 if registering after March 15, 2024). Players can register for either Wednesday evenings or Saturday mornings.

T-BALL – 5 and 6 years old

Great games designed for young players. The children are introduced to the game and taught the fundamentals of throwing, catching, fielding and hitting in a very safe and fun environment. Cost is $175 ($225 if registering after March 15, 2024). Players can register to play/practice on either Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays.

ROOKIE BALL JUNIOR – 6 and 7 years old

This game is a natural evolution from T-Ball. The game is still played with a softer ball, but involves more aspects of a true baseball game. Pitching is done by a parent/coach from behind an L-Screen. Cost is $250 ($300 if registering after March 15, 2024).

ROOKIE BALL SENIOR – 7 to 9 years old

A big step up from T-Ball and Rookie Ball Junior, this game sees players improve in defensive skills, positional play, and hitting. A real baseball is used, however pitching is done by a parent/coach from behind an L-Screen. Cost is $250 ($300 if registering after March 15, 2024).

MINORS – 9 and 10 years old

Pitching becomes part of the game and your child’s coaches should be encouraging as many of their players as possible to pitch, at least in practice situations. This is still a developmental division and a strong emphasis remains on teaching basic skills, as many of our players will still be learning the game for the first time. All-Star play is available to selected players in the Minors division. Cost is $375 ($475 if registering after February 29, 2024). Attendance at player evaluations in March 2024 is required. Emails pertaining full details will be sent out to those indicating interest in Minors.

MAJORS – 11 and 12 years old

This is the top division of Little League, played on 60’ baseline diamonds. This is the division for Little League All-Star play (July-August), with the finals, the Little League World Series, held in Williamsport and televised internationally. Cost is $400 ($500 if registering after February 29, 2024). Attendance at player evaluations in March 2024 is required. Emails pertaining full details will be sent out to those indicating interest in Majors.

INTERMEDIATE – 13 years old

The game progresses to more of the “full-meal deal” of baseball.  We move to larger diamonds (70') and follow generally all of the rules of regular baseball, including calling balks and allowing lead-offs. Teams play an interlock schedule with the other Leagues in District 8 (Leagues south of the Bow River). Cost is $350 ($450 if registering after February 29, 2024). Attendance at player evaluations in March 2024 is required. Emails pertaining full details will be sent out to those indicating interest in Intermediate. Players who are league age 13 will register in the "Teenage Division" and will be placed on a team in either the Intermediate or Junior Division based on evaluation results and the division structure adopted by District 8 each year.

JUNIOR/SENIOR – 13 to 16 years old

The Junior division is open to players age 13 or 14. The Senior division is open to players age 13 to 16, including players age 13 or 14 who are also registered in the Intermediate or Junior division (dual registration is permitted). Most players in the Senior division are age 15 or 16. The games for Junior and Senior divisions are played on a 90’ diamond and follow generally all of the rules of regular baseball, including calling balks and allowing lead-offs. Teams play an interlock schedule with the other Leagues in District 8 (Leagues south of the Bow River). Cost is $350 ($450 if registering after February 29, 2024). Attendance at player evaluations in March 2024 is required.
