The Calgary Police Service uses an on-line electronic Police Information Check (ePIC) website that makes completing volunteer police screening checks quick and easy.
To complete your screening:
- Open the volunteer police clearance letter below
- Insert your name on the letter, then save it to your computer
- Go to the ePIC website to complete the screening application process.
Once you have uploaded your verification documents (driver's licence and health care card are the most common) to ePIC you will need to view them to ensure they are correct to avoid any delays with your clearance.
Our league VSPN (volunteer screening program number) is 8467Cu0355. You need to enter this on the ePIC site when asked to avoid paying a screening fee.
After you receive an email with your Police Information Check results, you can view the clearance using your ePIC login.
You will need to share the results when prompted with CRMLL so you are cleared to be a Volunteer for 2021.
All RMLL volunteers are also required to complete and submit the 2021 Little League Canada Volunteer Form and associated documentation (see below to download and print the form). When completed, please email the Volunteer Form to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any questions or concerns please contact RMLL's safety director at email@example.com
Feel free to provide feedback regarding our RM Umpires. Positive and Negative feedback is welcome. The only way we can identify those Umpires that are doing a good job and deserve to Umpire at a higher level is if we get feedback. Likewise, the only way we can identify training issues or concerns with Umpires is if we get feedback.
The Umpire Evaluation Form can be found below. Please 'Enable Macros' when you are opening the document. Fill in the specified fields, save a copy and then email the filled in form to the RMLL UIC.
