RMLL has commited to making your child's baseball experience as worthwhile as possible by partnering with the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA). This program helps to encourage Coaches, Parents and Players to remember what youth sport is about...having fun and teaching life lessons. As your Manager this season I am commited to making sure your child improves their baseball knowledge and skills, has fun and learn important life lessons (i.e. sportsmanship and teamwork). Below you will find a document called the PCA Parent Letter. Please take some time to read this as it explains some of the basic PCA principles. 

As a parent you can help your child get the most out of their baseball season by taking on the PCA model. To show your commitment I ask that each parent read, print off, and sign the PCA Parent Pledge form which is below the Parent Letter. Please return the signed letter to me as soon as possible.
